I'm Chinthi and I help Andrew with back office of Proz Pro Bono. I manage ongoing translations, from posting jobs on LOOP, assigning volunteers and facilitating the translation process, to maintaining the dashboard and HUB. I also maintain the website content and register new volunteers.

I'm from Sri Lanka and have a professional and educational background in virtual office management, business administration and IT. But translation is where my heart is. So I volunteer as a Sinhala translator in my spare time. Words are my favourite thing in the world and I am fascinated by the mere idea of what words can do. "'Donating words' is also something that resonates deeply with me. I'm passionate about cultures and diversity, as well as human rights, which is the focus of my current studies. When I first joined ProZ Pro Bono, in addition to being a translator and ambassador, I volunteered as an admin ninja before taking on a full-time role. I'm deeply moved by the giving spirit of this community. My passions align perfectly with ProZ Pro Bono's mission, and I love contributing my skills to the cause.
